Access to Sports Authority Field at Mile High

 

Sports Authority Field at Mile High is located in downtown Denver at the intersection of I-25 and Colfax Avenue. To access Sports Authority Field at Mile High:

Follow the gray signs to the Ticket Office, Broncos Team Store, Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, Stadium Tours or Stadium Offices and parking lots. Deliveries to Sports Authority Field at Mile High must be scheduled in advance by calling 720-258-3056. Scheduled deliveries are accepted only at the north loading dock. Follow signs to parking lot L.

Whitman’s Mile High Classic Saturday March 16, 2013

Parking lots for the Mile High Classic will open to the public at 10 AM. Cash Parking will be sold in Lots A, B, C on the south side of Sports Authority Field at Mile High for $10 per space. Denver Outlaws Parking
Parking lots for Denver Outlaws games will open to the public four hours prior to the faceoff. Cash Parking will be sold in Lots A, B, C on the south side of Sports Authority Field at Mile High for $10 per space. RV’s and oversized vehicles will be charged $30. Parking Permits
A limited number of parking permits are on sale now. Parking permits are $30 per permit and specialty permits for RV’s, Limousines and Charter Busses are $100 per permit. Parking permits will be sold on a first come / first serve basis. Handicap accessible parking permits will additionally be on sale for Lots C, D and G.

Broncos 2013 Season Parking
Season parking for the 2013 season is sold out. Single permits for the 2013 season will go on sale in late July, a specific date for single game permit sales will be announced in late May.

 

Hours of Operation and Access
All permit-parking areas will open five hours prior to each game. Police checkpoints will be staffed two hours prior to each game, to assist with directing permit holders, buses and other vehicles. You must follow the access routes identified on the back of your permit or you may be denied access and redirected by traffic officers. You must have a valid permit for the current game number. Vehicles without valid permits will be denied access to the permit lots. There will be NO in-and-out privileges. Permits may not be re-used or transferred. Pay (Cash) Lots
Pay lots for Broncos games are located on the south side of Colfax Avenue in Lot M, $30 per space, and a limited number in Lot N, $20 per space. These lots are sold on a first-come, first serve basis. All lots open five hours prior to game time. A limited amount of VIP tailgating space is available in Lot C for $30 per space or with an exchange of an existing stadium permit. Tailgating space will be sold starting at 8 a.m. for afternoon games and 12 p.m. for evening games. Tailgating space in Lot C sells out quickly, so please arrive early. Additional cash parking is located on the east side of Sports Authority Field at Mile High at the Pepsi Center, Auraria Campus and in the Lodo area of downtown for most Broncos games. There is a pedestrian walkway between these lots and the stadium.

 

Prohibited Parking
Parking in the neighborhood streets surrounding Sports Authority Field at Mile High is strictly prohibited. Guests who park in the neighborhoods surrounding Sports Authority Field at Mile High are subject to citation and tow by the City of Denver’s Right of Way and Permit Enforcement Division. Towed vehicles will be taken to the Wastewater Management Facility at 2nd and Umatilla for two hours after the game. To find out if your car was towed to this facility, please call 303-295-4363.

 

Tailgating Policies
Tailgating is encouraged in all stadium lots; however, please respect fellow fans by only occupying one parking stall. Tailgating should take place directly behind your vehicle or in adjacent landscape areas only. You may not block other stalls, walkways or any aisleways with tents, trailers, chairs, coolers or barbeques, except as allowed in designated tailgate areas. The Denver Fire Department requires a minimum drive aisle of 14 feet between each row of vehicles. Please help keep the parking areas safe by not blocking the aisles. Tailgate parties that do not follow these guidelines will result in termination of parking privileges for the current game and the remainder of the season. Handicap Accessible Parking
Handicap accessible parking is currently available on a season long basis in Lot G. The parking fee is $300, to purchase season parking in a handicap accessible lot a copy of your vehicle registration or State-issued handicap placard is required.

Handicap Accessible Parking – Single Game Permits
A limited number of single game permits may be available for handicap accessible parking in Lot G; the parking fee is $30 per game. Those wishing to purchase a single game permit for handicap accessible parking should call 720-258-3000 or email Parking@Broncos.NFL.net. Single-game permits if available, are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be sold to those who may supply a copy of a valid State-issued handicap placard or vehicle registration.

 

Shuttle Cart Service
Shuttle carts for elderly and disabled patrons will begin operating three hours prior to game time and service will continue until one hour after the game ends. Patrons who desire to be picked up from the parking areas must arrive early and depart at least one hour prior to game time. Patrons who desire to be transported back to their vehicles after the game must wait until walkways have cleared.

 

All shuttle patrons will be dropped off or picked up only at the designated shuttle stop points along the ring walkway. Please do not hail empty carts that drive by, as they are in route to pick up waiting patrons at the designated pick up points. In order to help get you to your car as soon and safely as possible, shuttle drivers are instructed not to stop for pick-ups along the way, so they can get to the pick up points quickly.

 

During inclement weather, the shuttle cart service may run on an extremely limited basis or not at all.

Team Store and Ticket Office Parking

Parking for the Denver Broncos Ticket office and Team store is located on the south side of the stadium in Parking Lots B and C. Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are also available in Lots B and C.
