Stadium Tours

OVERVIEW

Your opportunity for a private "behind the scenes" glimpse into areas rarely seen by the public and some of the unique operations & inner workings of one of the most state-of-the-art stadiums in North America. 

Public tours of Sports Authority Field at Mile High are professionally guided by knowledgable and friendly tour guides from the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame and Museum.   Each tour takes approximately 75-90 minutes and is a length of approximately ½ mile. The entire tour route is fully ADA accessible. No wheelchairs/strollers are available to rent, but you may bring your own.

Fun for guests of all ages, stadium tours are informative, educational, insightful and enjoyable for sports fans and non-fans alike and for locals or visitors from out of town.

Tours start from the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame & Museum located at Gate #1 on the stadium's west side.

This walking tour includes stops at:

  • Colorado Sports Hall of Fame Museum
  • Executive Suites
  • United Club Level
  • NFL Visiting Team Locker Room Facilities
  • Keg Room
  • Thunder's Stall
  • Team Field Entrance Tunnel
  • Field Level from the End Zone Area
  • Network Television Production Compound
  • TV & Radio Broadcast Facilities & Writing Press Center.

*Due to stadium events, all areas may not be available at all times.

TOUR SCHEDULE

September - December & March - May (fall and spring hours)
Thursdays through Saturdays: 10am - 2pm, beginning every hour.


January - February (winter hours)

Thursdays and Fridays: 10am, 12 noon, & 2pm only
Saturdays: 10am - 2pm, beginning every hour.
 
June - August (summer hours)
Mondays through Saturdays: 10am - 2pm, beginning every hour


ALL DAYS AND TOUR TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.   RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED.

TICKETS

  • Adults: $15
  • Seniors: $12
  • Children 12 years and under: $12
  • Children 4 and under are free with an adult (maximum 2 per paying adults)
  • Groups of 25 or more are $9 per person.
Tickets may be purchased at the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame Museum located at Gate #1 (west side) of Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

GROUPS

Tour group size is limited and 2 to 3 week advance reservations are required to ensure your group can be accomodated during tour hours. Please contact the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame 720-258-3888 for additional group information and group reservations.

PARKING

Parking is free.  Please park in Lot C - West side of Stadium. Enter off Federal Boulevard, turn East on 17th Avenue (Dick Connor Ave.)  Click here for directions and parking.


Light Rail

Take the "W" Line - get off at the Decatur/Federal Station - follow the Sports Walk signs to the Stadium and then to the West Side of Stadium - Gate #1 (approximately a 10-minute walk).

Platte Valley Trolley
The Platte Valley Trolley stops seasonally at Sports Authority Field at Mile High and allows stopovers. The trolley runs from April through October. Check out www.denvertrolley.org for the current operating schedule and more details.
